Trade.
Read the terms, then ask for the lot. Applications are reviewed one by one.
Ordering. Applications are open ahead of the first lots. Approved accounts see pricing when stock lands. Dispatched by courier from stock held in New Zealand, with delivery confirmed on each order.
Units. Sold by the kilogram, in 35 kg hermetic lined boxes. The minimum and increment are shown on each confirmed lot.
Samples. 200 g roasting samples, sent by courier, for trade applicants and customers. Allocated once the roastery and batch size are confirmed.
Pre-orders. Arriving lots can be reserved. Approved accounts are invoiced once the lot is held and the count confirmed.
To order. Some lots are bought against a confirmed request. The lot, deposit and timing are agreed in writing before origin releases it.
Payment. Ordering and payment stay personal for the opening range. Card payment and invoice accounts arrive with held stock. Prices ex GST.
