Colombia gave the world its finest emeralds. It produced stones of deep green fire, cut to take the light. They're worn against the skin of refined women who do not ask the price. However, it kept its other green treasure quieter.
We operate as a gemstone house, not an importer. With standing in the country the treasures come from, we have a rare combination to bring the finest Colombian coffee to New Zealand. We handle green coffee the way the emerald trade handles stones. They're traced to its origin, graded on the table, counted by the kilo, certified and connected to the hands that grew it.
In the cup, our beans do what fine emeralds do against smooth skin. It catches attention, it warms slowly, it makes whoever holds it lean in.
What the house holds is never much; eleven boxes can be an entire harvest, and when a lot is gone, it is gone.
We sell the green fire for the few who intend to taste it.
