Trade terms.

The parties

Oro Verde is the trading name used by Alpine Imports Limited. These terms apply to trade applications, samples, reservations and later orders.

Opening period

The opening book is an indication of lots being selected or available by commission. It is not an offer to sell. A lot, count, timing and price become binding only when the house confirms them in writing.

Samples

Samples are normally 200 g per lot and are for trade applicants and customers. Availability is limited. The house may decline a request or ask for more information about the intended roast.

Orders and delivery

Minimum quantities, increments, dispatch method and delivery charges are confirmed for each order. No delivery time is promised until it appears on the order confirmation. Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when payment is complete.

Prices and tax

Prices are supplied only to approved trade accounts. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST is shown separately when registration is active.

Green coffee

Green coffee is an agricultural product. Certificate details describe the confirmed lot and its pre-shipment assessment. Roasters remain responsible for their roast, finished product and use.
