We collect the business, contact, delivery and roasting information entered into a trade application or sample request. We also keep messages and order records needed to serve an account.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess trade applications, respond to sample requests, deliver orders, meet legal duties and keep the house book accurate. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Where it is kept

The planned database region is Sydney, Australia. The preview forms on this site do not yet retain submissions. This notice will be checked again when the database and email service are connected.

Who receives it

Access is limited to the house and service providers needed for hosting, database storage, email, delivery, accounting and payment. Each receives only what its work requires.

Retention and access

We keep records only as long as the account, law or a legitimate business need requires. You can ask to see or correct your information.
